Hopefully experienced opinions. And expectedly there would emerge groupings that would indicate consensus.

Sure. So the objective it to maximize the probability of success.

The phrase "managing the trade" singles out and isolates the trade one is in right now! The phrase spotlights only **this** particular trade. The phrase is far, far better than the abstract 'money management'. Your's is a very useful addition here. Others will immediately argue that you haven't added a thing -- that it's already been said over and over again. Well, word selection is important, difference between lightning bug and lightning.

Your post proves that I'm **not** traveling a mobius strip (extremely beautiful metaphor, by the way, and I just searched from post #1 in this thread, and your post here is the first occurrence), for you have added several valuable contributions in this single post alone!
"Will you prove it to yourself? Do you want to trade anothers system or one of your own making?"
Eventually, I expect to prove it to myself, and use the system of my own making. However, initially, I want to be damn sure I'm not overlooking various basic components that I should be using in constructing my prototypal system.
