So much fixation on this one drug which has a market of 100 millions.

IMHO, some people are throwing the baby out with the water. SEPR is not a one trick pony, it has 22 drugs in development. The worst case is that Nori is better but not significantly better than the parental drug and JNJ decide not to put its resources to push it in competition with SGP. Then it is a matter of shifting the R&D money to something else with more potential. However, as SEPR will continue the Ph3 trial, I doubt if the data are negative.

Concerning DCL, if we doubt the desire and ability of SGP to bring the isomer to market, we should start shorting SGP now. 25% of the whole company's profit is a lot for SGP to defend. SGP will bring the isomer to market sooner rather than later and SEPR will enjoy a 6 % of a 3 billion drug = $ 180 million/year in the next few years. That is $4 a share assuming 40 million shares fully diluted. For all we know, SGP might just take up Nori as a hedge, or simply to wipe out competition.
The data on prozac 2 so far are decidedly positive and remember 25% of the profit of Lilly is at stake, too. In comparision. Nori, a $100 million drug will not make or break JNJ.

I also remember The CEO and CFO said at the conference call last time that Norcispride is doing much better than they have expected. That is a home run in the making.
