Alan: Much appreciate the link. Another piece of the puzzle. A medium power service could use anyone's sat. The number of channels that they are talking about would require a significant number of transponders. Good news for whoever gets the contract. There is not a lot of excess capacity out there for North America, and its getting tighter.
