You know what amazes me more then StaggerLee being a small minded-stupid-idiotic-looser of a short, is that none of his followers have a clue, or at least have not acknowledged what ACTV is all about.
ACTV owns the “Convergence” of the “Internet and the Television”. Bill Samuels has done an amazing job of not only insuring we have strong patents, but he also had the vision to understand the importance of the convergence years ago. He and David Reese have put together partnerships with the absolute largest and most powerful
players in the industry and they have earned the respect and trust on companies like Liberty and GIC, who are both equity investors.
I notice that none of you have been bitching about John Malone's pay plan, and TCI lost billions while building an empire, could it be because he is brilliant, and the smart money that has followed him has been well rewarded for decades. Malone's vision of the “Walled Garden” is no longer only a vision and his recent moves with TCI Music and the fact that he hand picked Lee Masters to manage his interactive play is absolutely huge for us. We are in the “Walled Garden”, and our future is beyond belief, not to mention we are at the brink of everything ACTV has worked ten years for.
Business Week just devoted an article on ACTV and this thread is talking about Bill Samuels compensation plan. I am baffled by the lack of focus on the rollout of HyperTV and Individualized that will be taking place soon. That is what is important right now!!!!!

P.S. I wonder why Paul Tudor continues to invest millions into ACTV, do you think he might have missed Bill's compensation plan?
