Also definitely IPMC is not counted as foreign content because it is still a Canadian company. >> I believe you are correct about IPM .... I know that my broker tends to be very careful about checking this type of stuff. According to the book that I have, it does say some OTC are OK for the RSP account - but the vast majority are not. I want to contact Rev Can anyway to get a better idea of how this works and where the average "Joe" can get this info first hand. I appreciate CC's caution in this regard ... the penalties are VERY severe if you make a mistake. MB
