Hedge - I've been a OCCF shareholder since its went public. From my observation, OCCF does not seem to follow the market as much. However, I did notice a pickup in trading at opening (about 65,000) shares were traded within the first hour. Moreover, I do agree with you that OCCF is fundamentally strong but it has not attracted attention from the fund players.
