easytarget, reverse split may be desired to go back to the NAZ, you need trading price above a buck and some minimum assets. The problem with reverse splits, unless they are rapidly followed by extremely good news on the business front, they often cause slow deterioration of the stock price to levels below those (equivalent) of the presplit price. The reasons are purely technical, when a stock reverse split, a lot of odd lots are created and over a period of 3 to six months these are dumped on the market indiscriminately, causing the price to fall.
