John.. I dont think you are being ignored. There is just nothing to say about PWEB besides it's a DOG. I suspect it will do the same thing that WCTI did, with one minor difference: WCTI started at $3 went to $35 and back to $3, PWEB started at $20 and will go to $3. They eliminated to pump and went right for the dump on PWEB.

PWEB has a nice product but doesn't have the money nor the marketing to compete. PWEB has no clients and their technology is nothing 10 or more companies don't already have. Therefor, it would never be an attractive takeover.

For example, take a look at www.nebsnow.com. NEBS web site building service uses a customized version of WebNow.com's online interface that now offers FREE online web site building services to small businesses. The package includes a home page, links page, calendar page, business card bulletin board (eCards), and matching e-mail. A point and click WYSIWYG interface, galleries of graphic elements and editable text fields make it easy for anyone to create a customized business web site in minutes. Customers can edit their sites at will. That's all for free. For a few bucks a month ($9.95 to $24.95), there are a ton more add-on products to do just about anything.

PWEB is just unable to compete and I would not recommend that shares be purchased. I cant predict what the stock price will do in the near term but I will say that more insider shares will hit the market and that is when the stock will get slammed.
