Where do REALLY stand? I have been on this thread for quite some time, and I think we should begin to ask some hard questions, some of which , we may not like the answer. There have been comments that this was just a good promotion. If this is the case then we are all wasting our time. Can anyone out there at least confirm the status of the claim against WTR, I was informed by a lawyer friend of mine that by now there should be a definate date for court proceedings,if there was a case. All I am saying Gentlemen is ;if we could all try to obtain some information from our relative JV's, then we may be able to make a decision. I hope we can find out some good news.
