I had heard he cashed out his substantial holding.

I think someone on this thread said 3,000,000$

My orriginal position on this ticking timebomb was that they should have settled 3 three years ago with an appropriate amount of stock
to avoid any chance of THIS.

I did however send an E-Mail off PJTV page asking if the
theory about him signing patents over to company should be
the determinant of this and Senior VP returned that that was
what they believe..

What a mess I hope this thing goes through...

There may be just enough there for him to cause havock but
not be legally correct.I don't know.
