Regardless of your feelings about Graham, he has identified the last remaing fly in the ointment. Merukh has to be dealt with before BXM has any real hope of recovering. Even if the COW's are issued, this issue must be resolved. I don't think the government will be of any real assistance here. This issue must have been one of the "clarifications" that BXM was seeking back in December. The government has had several chances to bring closure to this matter and have chosen not to do so. I don't see why this will all of a sudden change. My suggestion is that BXM just give all of B I to the guy and get him to bugger off. Until i have seen a rumour that this issue has been resolved i will wait on buying more. (BSR though as this is better deal)
