I'm not convinced that USW is that staid if it has been the DSL pointman of the RBOCs---in voice maybe---in data, clearly no. Capacity utilization will achieve efficiencies the other data haulers will have to work hard for( as GBLX will to gain more efficiences and revenues )---with the merger that is automatically built in ( a big chunk, at least ) and will be instantly accretive, seems to me.

Can't speak to the " cultural " clashes that may ensue. But its unlikely that there will really be a troika---I think they all know that and for some reason they are floating that about for somebody's consumption.

I like this alot.

Does that mean we get USW's dividend ( haha )?
