Mark,
I am postulating that IPMC is eligible for the RRSP account
because it also trades on NASD. I know a lot of NASD
stocks are eligible for the RRSP (of course, if they
are US companies, they will be counted as foriegn content).
Since IPMC is both NASD and Cnd-OCT, it makes sense that it
is eligible for the RRSP.

But for some other pure Cdn-OTC
stocks that do not trade anywhere else, I think they are not
eligible.

I think for any stock inside the RRSP but is not eligible,
the penalty is 1% of the stock's market value (not book value)
per month.
