Originally included California as well, but was determined that California was much to similiar to Quebec. And language was too big of an issue to construct a country around. Revisions include Northern California {after they split}. Washingtonian and Oregeons are very similiar to BC'ers in that they both send more money to the EAST then they receive back. So when the brain drain on Canada began we made sure that we send them to Washington State. So that when the time comes, and a vote is held {and it will be held} Washington will combine with BC and Oregeon will follow. That'll make Cascadia the worlds wealthiest country. With the strongest Navy.
