Thanks for voicing these legitimate concerns, Mike. I join your concern that NVE, w/o having a convincing story to tell about how the money will be used, appears to have had little success raising $$ from new investors and thus comes back to existing investors as a last resort. But without us knowing any more about what they intend to do w/the proceeds other than having them "allocated to general working capital", I can think of plenty of other ways to spend my dollars with a higher likelihood of profit, including buying lottery tickets. I also find it interesting to note that the NR does NOT state specifically that proceeds will fund another expedition to Raglan. This indicates, I presume, that the amount to be raised would be insufficient for this purpose.
