Scumbria,

Either the information is incorrect or National encountered several MAJOR design flaws that we both know should not have escaped the logic verifcation tools. Either that or they scrapped an entire product after tape out.. very costly, especially considering National has been milking the same design for so long.

Eitehr way it's poor execution, and National's time to market has been even worse than AMDs (K6-iii).
