Mark and all Canadians, Re: Help! How do you buy/sell IPMC?

I found that the spread between the bid and ask of IPMC had
grown tremendously in the last week in the Cdn-OTC market.
It used to be C$0.50 difference in the bid and ask price,
but on last Friday the difference grew to C$3! Early in Friday morning it was bid C$17 ask C$20, then near close it was bid C$12 ask C$15. How can anyone buy/sell with a C$3 of spread in the bid/ask?

Or do you guys/gals use Nasd instead? Can we place an order
in Nasd while the stock is also traded in Cdn-OTC?
I remember that if a stock is listed in both TSE and
Nasd, we can only buy it in TSE but not in Nasd.
Is there similar restriction for a stock that is in
both Nasd and Cdn-OTC?

Will really like to hear your comments.
