Hello Frank and others:

I am surprised not to see any discussion of USW + GBLX
(incl. FRO). At first blush, I would say that this deal
will be DOA at the FCC. Given that the USW + QWST marketing
deal of last year was killed in court, how could this
even bigger deal be allowed to go forward?
