LOL, think I'll talk to myself here.

May 3 CEO INVESTOR UPDATE:

May 3, 1999

After months of anticipation, the ECEC Trading Club officially opened its
Internet auction site for live auctions on Thursday, April 29, 1999. Even
though the Grand Opening had its share of anxious moments, our
ultimate goal was achieved. Online auction users now have a legitimate
economical alternative to eBay and other auction sites that charge both
a listing fee and a value-based transaction fee for every item auctioned.

Congratulations to Rob Finn, of Boston, Massachusetts, the lucky
winner of the $10,000 grand prize drawing. Rob is a freshman at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As is to be expected, the Trading Club has experienced some minor
software glitches that have had a slight impact on the user experience.
Thanks to extensive user feedback, we are fully aware of these, and our
technical staff is addressing them and implementing quality control
measures on a continual basis.

Turning to the immediate future, let me share with you exciting
developments that eCom eCom.com, Inc. has in store. Having
completed our initial Internet advertising campaign, we are now
preparing a national, comprehensive campaign to include both internet
and more traditional media. In terms of securing financial resources, we
are in the final stages of due diligence with a major private equity
company. eCom eCom.com, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire
a sports memorabilia company. Finally, we will soon unveil our second
$10,000 cash drawing, which will be available to ECEC Trading Club
auction buyers.

I am excited about the company's unlimited growth potential. The
auction format is just one component of the ECEC Trading Club
community. We plan to expand our community with avenues to conduct
business-to-consumers and business-to-business online transactions.
We aim to be a multi-dimensional Internet company.

I wish to express my gratitude to all those that have taken the time to
send comments and congratulations on the Trading Club's grand
opening. Your comments and suggestions are always encouraged and
welcomed by me.

Regards,
David J. Panaia
CEO
