When i recently asked IR how many carats they would get from the recent shipment to Columbia he said he didn't have a clue. I further put forward the fact that the study predicted a certain hit ratio and this did not seem to resolve anything. I was left with the general conclusion that they had no idea what they would receive.

Either they don't know, the IR won't say, or the IR doesn't know and is overpaid!
