Well, looks like the broker is bound to follow the "backdoor" theory. Not a bad thought, however, 1st choice would be that he gets him into the BNBN IPO. Why buy a backdoor which will see some %-wise rise, especially in the case of Barnes&Noble if the IPOs usually hit between 50% and 300% (broken IPOs forbidden, but BNBN should fare well). Who is this broker? IS.com
