Morgy Dog Read 10-Q, looks like we have a little ways to go on merger, "June-July announce following definitive agreement". Hopefully won't have to reverse split. Don't like'm. Still like this one long term. By the way, any rec's on site/source for insider trading info. Particularly free one?
