I'd like to equate a different way of looking at EGXP. Based upon 3,073,000 shares outstanding X's current ask price* of $.28125 = an enterprise value of $865,000 divided into cash and certificate of deposit of $2,560,000 equals $2.96.

*I bought 5000 on Friday (5/14/99) at $.28125 equaling $1406.25. My share of cash based upon 5000 X's $.833 = $4165.00. Or each of my $1406.25 invested represented net cash of $2.96 in EGXP!

An interesting value out there is NWRK. Nearly to the brink, recovered and now producing exceptional results. Fully reporting, low valuation compared to earnings and cash flow.

Check'm out,

Paul Andrews
