Ralph, No, I advance bet the race yesterday while I was at the simulcast pavillion. That is risky because a late scratch can leave you holding the bag, so I only do it on the biggies. I had a decent sized exacta, a small trifecta, and $12 win tickets on Charismatic and Cat Thief. I liked Menifee, but they wouldn't pay me to bet him to win.
