That could be Hopsalong. I do not understand how the insurance company could have any claim on the revenues but I certainly do not pretend to be familiar with the specifics of the coverage either.

If current daily revenues exceed the daily cost of operations and the insurance co gets the revenues, they may not be as well motivated to expeditiously kill the beast as they otherwise would be.
