Suzanne, "hype " as I used it means suggesting that TSIG will be on the Nasdaq in Q4 of 1999.

Suggesting that an OTCBB stock selling at .20 and soon likely to have 145M shares issued is going to be on the Nasdaq in 6 months qualifies as hype in my humble opinion.

Others are free to define it differently.
