Question regarding AMZN's recent purchases When AMZN purchases a company, ie. Accept.com, with AMZN shares, are there generally any restrictions placed on Accept.com regarding those shares. In other words, could Accept.com immediately cash-in those shares, or do they have to hold them for a specified period of time? Thanks in advance.
