I have also been following this stock and own a little, you summarized "the story" pretty well. They have some good clients (Wells Fargo, Nascar) and seem to have some expertise in e-commerce. It is hard to get information, glad to hear from you that they are for real and can afford to recruit in Russia. ADEN is mentioned as a competitor in Priceline's S-1. As for the stock price, the bid/ask is all over the place and the float is over 100 million. Azumano's website is weak and seems to go out of it's way to hype the stock, hopefully a new site is forthcoming. Unfortunately, I can't really add much in terms of new information, the stock should at least get some attention when the name change is announced. Always nervous with penny stocks in any case. If anybody has further information, please share.
