I wonder if Malone feels elbowed out of the way? The chairman of Liberty Media Group, the cable TV programming unit of AT&T, filed to sell 500,000 AT&T common shares valued at more than $30 million, a regulatory document said today. The proposed sale by John Malone, who is also a director at AT&T, the long distance telephone company, comes on top of 2.5 million AT&T shares worth more than $217 million he sold on March 9, a filing Malone made with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed. news.com
