You are so fortunate living where you do. . .what a beautiful place to live. Perhaps digital satellite transmission would serve you better. . .FAR faster speeds available than telephone. . . .would be worth checking into. . .I have never heard of the problem you have. . . but if you are running over phone lines, it's a wonder you can get anything to work.
