From the latest Insider Report out on JDX (Carlson Online)

Carlo Civelli
April 1, 1999 - Grant of options 400,000 at $0.81
Mr. Civelli now has 1,441,666 shares and 600,000 options for prices .60-.81

Staudt, William W. (Hamilton Group) now has 2,165,000 shares and 800,000 options at $0.49.

Brian Hinchcliffe has 2,274,000 and 225,000 option that are out of the money.

Other officers of JDX have a total of 1.2 million options that were out of the money as of April 19, 1999.

The insiders now own at total of 6 million shares. If anyone has been following that is 3.7 million shares purchased from .48-.69 and the granting 1.4 million options for prices .49-.81 in the past 6 months. According to the recent report none of the current insiders have sold any shares in the past 5 months.

Maybe it is just me but it sure looks like the insiders are loading up - I wonder if they know something we don't? The stock chart isn't looking too nice lately (almost looks like a head and shoulders) but this insider buying and the chunk of cash JDX is sitting on sure gives me some extra confidence in the company. I still plan on buy dips when given the chance.

Best Regards
KEITH
