Todd,

Buyout at $20. Why? Management can buy the shares at about $10 today and possibly as low as $8 soon. PE's for private companies are much lower than PE's associated with public companies.

I suspect that Tiger will buy RADA when they are good and ready. In the meantime they can squeeze them on margins. In retrospect, I think it may be the case that the decision to buy in stock was faulty. It may also be the case that the cost of not having a major U.S. presence to avoid taxes was pennywise and pound foolish.

It's a shame that this company which is so well run from a manufacturing point of view and even from a marketing point of view has not been able to reward investors who came on board in the last 15 or so months. Perhaps the situation will turn around. I hope so although I have been out for a long time with only one brief minor trading toe in water this year. I lost big time last year in this company and don't want a repeat of that unpleasantness.
