It would appear that there are two different thresholds to cross..

One being is there enough here to take a look at this(set up receiver)

Two ,what is the outcome of the litigation..

The bad thing is that march 10th is just to set up a receiver

the litigation is ongoing so a cloud will exist for who knows how long..

Dolgofs statements in press release appear to overstate what has

happened claiming that the court almost sided with his claim of

ownership...when all they really did was say there was enough there

to look at it...

I know from reading prior releases that he claims wrongful termination and patent ownership

I THINK what he is saying is that he will try to prove that he was wrongfully terminated possibly in a malisious way or whatever
in an attempt to sever him from ownership OR thereby severing him
from ownership..

because without some inappropriate or malisious termination
he legally could't sue for anything...

because he had signed the patents over to the company..

(Much of the above is speculation on my part)

My concern is what happens to the product in the mean time??
