Dear Fred, All that said, is his solution viable? Fred you know as well as I do ( giving you credit here ) that institutions as well as individual companies sell their holdings/stock within a year of purchase/issuance, are the Feds going to tax them as well? Take a look at the IPO market these days: Retail investors that purchase pre-open are shackled with lock-down periods, while Underwriters, Institutions and Insiders are not. There are many more examples of The way the market is tilted in the favor of Non Retail Investors. Who is Zooming who here Fred?
