Hi Kevin, Excellent analysis of TVL and good DD on the company. I remember you were the first one to point out a sudden surge in volume traded in TVL on the thread "Daytrading Canadian stocks in Realtime" . I was already holding a large chunk 10K @.95 and have been following the developements as they happen.

IMHO TVL is set for the orbit (to borrow from another poster) Nichimen coming on board gives me lot more confidence and implies that Nichimen knows something that TVL has not released yet to the investors. My guess is they have been offered a takeover price and the price is being negotiated. I also beleive they have 11 th hour agreements with TV manufacturers and have been pressured into not releasing to the media by Nichimen to keep the takeover price low.

Why is the price of stocks exchanged between Siddiqis and Nichimen not released?

TVL needs injection of massive capital if it intends to compete in the V-chip market. Nichimen is smart enough to realize that and has jumped in early.

I sold my TVL @2.63 and @2.34 on thursday and bought everything back after Nichimen announcement @2.72 and @2.80!! More agreements coming next week. Do you know how many shares are owned by insiders?
