Michael, I know that you gave up on MWY, and following your 90/10 I have been somewhat limited because of my position in MWY, but it seems to be moving again. Any insight? What is a 144A offering? Institutional only or can a average joe get in on these? what are your thoughts regarding convertibles? Also can you or one of your readers point out a source for symbols for convertible stocks or preferreds, ie aces,lyons,trusts, tides, or are these just offered to institutionals? thanks in advance don ryndak
