Imagine you had a microwave that when you put the baked potatoe in, five minutes later you had two baked potatoes. Your next trick would be to put a hundred dollar bill in and sure enough you would have two hundred bills. Atomically identical!! I assume this is joke, right. You do realize what you're saying violates the laws of thermodynamics, and in essence would create an infinite energy machine? I can assure you, the scenario you have described is quite impossible, in this universe. However, with respect to "copying" AOL certificates, I can assure you fraud does occur, but is quite actively pursued by the federal gov't.
