Richard,

A subtle word difference between what Chuca said and what you said that could have significant consequences:

<<<<microfines blow off in the drying that resulted in lower gold values>> I understand that was a problem with the Becker drilling, the gold is in the fines which blows off. >>

Chuca said the fines were lost in the "drying" while you referred to the "drilling". If it's the latter then all the samples would be deficient in fines (and gold). If its the former, then only the samples that were sent for analysis and dried in the process would have lost their fines. The remaining COC material would not be affected and could be used for additional analyses and recovery testing.

Any way of clarifying the difference?

Chuca, are you still around?

Alan
