There were two decent interviews done on Tri-Vision recently. They're worth the read. The links are:

and

stockhouse.com

With regard to stock ownership,

Najmul Siddiqui, president and CEO of Tri-Vision personally owned about 1/5 of the total stock. This would put his personal ownership at close to 10 million shares of the 48.6 million total shares outstanding. Factor in that he put 1.2 million of his shares to Nichemen and that would leave him still holding about 8.8 million shares.

Directors and Management continue to be the major shareholders of the company. I'll dig up what numbers I can on them.

They are:

Tim Collings,
Inventor of the V-Chip. Director and Research Committee Chair.

Rudi Engel,
Director and Business Development Committee Chair.

Qamrul H. Siddiqi,
Director, Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Engineering and Research and Development.

Bruce Daley,
Director and Ethics Committee Chair

Young Kwon Han,
Director and Vice-President, Design and Product Development.

John A. Craig, C.A.
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, Finance & Administration

Razi Ansari,
Director

Nazrul Siddiqi,
Director and Purchasing Manager

Todd Grunberg,
Vice-President, Marketing and Sales

Robert deWit,
Director of Licensing

Regards,

Kevin
