At some point, management owes it to the shareholders to do something to enhance shareholder value. Obviously, with a P/E of 4, Radica is not just ignored on Wall Street, it is SHUNNED! David and crew would be wise to buy existing shareholders out at a premium (say $15.00/share) and say goodbye to Wall Street. You guys run a nice company, but no one seems to care. my 2cents
