You make a good point re: SCNG needing to make money. I was advised some time ago that the company's expansion area is very complex and evolutionary in technology and demand - sales pitches have a whole different character than that of selling shoes or pizza. My belief is that no-one buying in at or below the 4.25-4.50 area will get hurt because at least minimal sales and eps increases should come naturally from Sedona acquisition. That may or may not happen till last half of this year. You also make a good point in SCNG being a story company. There was a comment I heard that GIS will become somewhat of a household word in the same fashion that the internet did. The types who are using it now are quite aways ahead of the public in general - which makes it sound at least esoteric if not ficticious - when you hear them talk about it. Peoples increasing ability to use large geo-data based computer programs, enhanced data gathering technology from sattelites and monitoring systems, and the willingness to combine them across the internet in new and hopefully simplified compatability specs - seem to be all important to the future potential of this company. I fully agree with you about averaging up. Like some - I see this stock at over 40$ easily - within a few years - if so - the extra $1 or 2 one might pay a bit later should be inconsequential.

all the best
Mike
