Michael,

I believe that OAOT hit the bottom in the second half of 1998. Unprofitable in the second half. Hired a new CEO, Pratt. His number one goal was to make the short term changes necessary to return to profitability. He has accomplished this as the last two quarters were in the black. In Feb. they signed a $150 mil. contract with AT&T which covers a 10 year period. I like the risk/reward outlook going forward.
