Arnie, It was the other way around. Iterated had the theoretical and TMM actually made it work. That's what their license was for, to use the fractal video codec that they had developed. Recall that Olson stated in court that if hadn't seen it he wouldn't have believed it. He was referring to the fact that TMM had successfully put synchronized sound with full motion video. I want to make it clear to anyone reading my ramblings that I don't have any idea what is going on with TMM, IF ANYTHING AT ALL. I do know that Tom is actively pursuing the right deal for TMM's technology. If nothing else, the e-mail showed that Tom is still trying. He may have something going and he may not. If not, I can not for the life of me figure out why. shotgun
