taxman, Great article--I agree that MSFT has a great strategy. Windows CE is its future in the consumer market. I just they get this Windows98 cloud out of the way. If they lose the case and don't settle, might as well drag it out for a few years at the same time Windows CE and Windows2000 get more and more acceptance. The news headline phase of the trial should end this summer.
