$15, $20?

Radica management has already demonstrated that they buy back shares at the lowest price that they can. Any why should they pay more than what they need to? If they decide to privatize or if they have already decided to privatize they only need to satisfy the control group. If I were a large shareholder and if I was in favor of privatizing, I would want the shares bought in at the lowest possible price after all it would be my money they were spending.

Of couse an outsider might make a play for the company at any time, but they now probably only need deal with insiders so there might not be much of a premium. On the other hand, the cheaper the shares get the more enticing a takeover might become. That is why I might be tempted at $8 to buy some shares.
