Check out the link below for discussion of the sale of the apartment building. sec.gov I'm not an insider so I don't have a clue of how this money will be spent/invested. Quite frankly, I'm not in this (EGXP) for the long term, it's cheap compared to absolute value, and I do speculate that the stock will "pop" if and when news of an acquistion is announced. I'd be OK with a liquidation but think it's unlikely, the major holder would be out a job.
