Michael, Yes I am very happy with the progress TVCI is making. I am also glad to now know that you are continuing to devote 100% of your efforts to the Company and of course the shareholders of TVCI. As to the lack of any denial from you regarding the law suit I questioned in my last post, must TVCI shareholders therefore believe that the $45 million suit does in fact have merit? As such, some communication to your shareholders addressing these issues will be appreciated. Frankly I thought the $45 million law suit must have been a frivolous matter and I was expecting this to give us the opportunity to say so. Why can't we drop the law suits and just get on with business?
