For newbies, here's how we were reviewed in 1997: From Champions Technical Support Library Pro-Frac TMM's video compression/decompression (codec) based on a "fractal" mathematical technique for DOS-based systems. Fractal images "artifacts" are less "blocky" looking than JPEG images, better defined than wavelet images but just as soft.
