Andrew, I believe there were 7 S-8 filings of intention to sell shares, maybe with the S-8 filings they need not duplicate with form 4 (the normal insider form of reporting). It is quite evident that Gordon must have sold in 1998 at least some 20 MM shares into the market (under those S-8 filings, my actual count is much higher, but there is a question of 17 MM shares which could be duplicates of the same transaction) if indeed he now has only 14 MM shares (with his wife), not counting the 26.6 "contingency shares.
