First, there was no [obvious?] E3 formal nor re-release of the [previously formally announced] Computer Gaming World alliance/[July 15, 1999] launch of Talk n' Play-enabled CGWGAMING.COM nor anything re: the highly Hausmann-touted iConference E3 rollout!?...Virtually no activity at Talk n' Play conferencing site talknplay.com v. Roger Wilco whom maintains #3 most dowloaded voice/chat-enabled software at c\|net GameCenter gamecenter.com ...furthermore, TMSRs primary/only link to its major alliance partner, PeopleLink is to a version 1 link peoplelink.com ...PeopleLink site has since been updated ref/ plnk.peoplelink.com ...and then there is the 'problem'? with the non-filing of TMSRs Fiscal 1998 Shareholder PROXY SEC Form DEF 14/A [which was filed 4/13 pursuant to TMSRs 1997 filing ref/ freeedgar.com ] wherein Hausmann has recently requested the SEC to approve said delay due to 'lack of personnel' [as previously cited on this thread]...and AS A FURTHER MATTER OF RECORD TMSR senior management still has not responded to esecurities' "URGENT/PRIORITY"-marked shareholder communications, again, as previously cited on this thread...the delay in said SEC Form DEF 14/A filing may just say it all?...Roger Wilco. &copy 1999 SiliconNewswire.com.
